Lotus Bakeries wanted to strengthen team cohesion in Spain with an experience that went beyond conventional teambuilding, connecting participants with the brand's core values.
We designed an immersive day combining gastronomic activities with team dynamics. Participants created recipes using Lotus products, competed in creative challenges and lived the brand from the inside.
Over 120 employees took part in the experience. Satisfaction rated above 95% and the event became the internal benchmark for the company's future events.
