Custom bar fixture design
T&T designed a custom bar counter and matching back-bar for Ruinart at the Gran Meliá Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, giving the Champagne house a dedicated station within one of the hotel's key service areas.
The counter pairs a white marble-effect finish with brass Ruinart branding and a continuous LED light line along its base. A glass-fronted compartment houses a bottle preservation and dispense unit, so staff can pour Ruinart by the glass while keeping the bottle visible and properly stored.
The design went through five rounds of revision between February and April 2024, refining proportions, materials and the integration of the dispense unit ahead of production drawings and sign-off.
