Custom POS Fabrication

Truco y Trufa designed and produced a bespoke bar cart for Moët & Chandon's presence at Destino Ibiza, the Pacha Group's beachfront hotel in Talamanca. The piece needed to serve champagne on site while carrying two brand identities at once: Moët & Chandon and Destino Pacha.

The design went through several rounds with Moët Hennessy's trade marketing team. Early concepts leaned into gold tones and a boxed ice bucket; the brief shifted toward a lighter, more natural look: matte white lacquered aluminium, a light beech wood tray, sturdier and less visible wheels, and no exposed ice bucket housing. The Moët & Chandon crown sits on one face of the cart, the Destino Pacha cherry emblem on the other, with the Moët wordmark on the front panel next to the service handle.

The cart was built in lacquered aluminium with a beech wood-effect top, a raised Moët & Chandon wordmark in matte black acrylic, cut vinyl graphics for the crown and cherry emblems, and an integrated rack for bottles and glassware. It was delivered to Hotel Destino Ibiza in July 2024, ready for service.
