Bespoke bar production

Ruinart needed a permanent bar for the rooftop terrace at Meliá Palacio de los Duques in Madrid, one built to survive direct sun and rain while carrying the brand's identity outdoors. The existing back-bar was also worn down and called for a full refurbishment rather than a straight replacement.

T&T built a bespoke bar unit from materials rated for permanent outdoor use, and restored the back-bar: sanding the surface, repairing dents and rust, and repainting it to match the new piece. Both units were finished with a marble-look worktop, glass shelving, an engraved Ruinart monogram panel and the brand's signature stripe motif across the back panel.

The finished bar was installed and commissioned on site, with refrigeration and dishwashing equipment built directly into the counter. It now stands as a fixed fixture on the terrace, in view of Madrid's skyline, ready for service.
