Display Design & Fabrication

Leifheit briefed T&T to design and fabricate the point-of-sale display for the launch of Super Duster, its new washable microfiber duster range. The scope covered two formats: a floor-standing unit with a full-color printed header carrying the "90%" dust-pickup claim and the "wash instead of throw away" message, and a simpler counter-top tray built to hold Super Duster and Super Duster XL boxes side by side.

Both pieces were engineered in die-cut corrugated cardboard and tested through unprinted structural samples before moving to print, checking fold lines, box fit and stability ahead of production. Once approved, the units went into full production and shipped ready to assemble at shelf.

The finished displays are now live in stores, carrying Super Duster's launch graphics at eye level and giving the new range a dedicated spot next to Leifheit's core cleaning line.
